Using state-of-the-art software and equipment, Topteam Precision can quickly machine prototypes, master patterns and finished parts directly from your CAD data. We work with the material include ABS, PP, PC, POM, PVC, Nylon, Nylon with glass fiber, PEEK, PPS, Teflon, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass etc. The involve process for prototypes include CNC machining, SLA, SLS, Silicon tool molding, painting, silk printing polishing and sand blasting etc.
 
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering is suitable for parts that are too old and never had model drawings, and for modifying an existing product after analyzing its design and working in detail. It will help you to make 2D drawings, assemblies and 3D models from already manufactured models.
